It has been a little while since we were active on our socials and that is simply because we have been busy bees working away on projects for our clients!

When needing to evaluate our time, we cut down on less important things to prioritise - for EmpowerUp, this means focusing on providing to our clients over posting about ourselves on our business social media. That is a decision we stand by confidently, because we believe in supporting and helping our clients over our own self promotion any day.

The last few months have been a multitude of experiences that have led us to this moment - EmpowerUp Marketing has undergone a restructure, transitioning to a company from a partnership, with myself as the Director.

Clare has chosen to make a brave decision and look after her personal health, which means she will be taking a step back from business ownership. Don’t worry - we are still working together, just in a different capacity… it’s all good under the hood!

To all of our amazing clients who have supported us this far, thank you. We couldn’t have done it without you - quite literally, we would not have been providing our services!

Three things to consider:

⚡KISS Keep it simple stupid.

The best experience for check out is the easiest one. Reduce any unnecessary steps and make it a fast and intuitive experience for customers to make a purchase.

⚡Security is a must.

People need to feel your checkout is secure to feel confident providing their payment information. Make sure your website has an SSL, and choose payment providers who are reputable and recognisable.

⚡Payment options.

Make sure you offer at least an eWallet (e.g. PayPal) and a card (e.g. Stripe) option to give consumers their preferred way of spending. You may also find including buy now pay letter options such as Afterpay or Zippay can positively impact your conversion rate.

⚡ A landing page is usually a standalone page outside of your website. This means that other website visitors can't usually find your landing page without being actually sent the URL.

⚡ You can have 5 or 50 landing pages! It depends on how specific you want to get for the type of customers you are trying to talk to.
