All transactions for the purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
Since your purchase is for a digital product or service, it is deemed “used” after access is granted, and all purchases made on empowerup.com.au are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
EmpowerUp Marketing reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
EmpowerUp will provide any refunds in the same form as your original payment.
If you’re having any issues downloading the products you’ve purchased, or if you’ve lost the links, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on digital products or services if you change your mind.
Refunds are only considered in cases where the product does not match the written description. When a refund is requested, we require a detailed description of how the product failed to meet your expectations so that we can make improvements to the product or the description we use to advertise it.
To cover payment processing fees, we will withhold 10% of the purchase price when issuing a refund.

If you have a major problem with the service or a minor problem that can’t be fixed within a reasonable time you have the right to cancel a service contract, when it is:

PowerUp Packs are designed to cover any skill or understanding limitations of the client, rather than the delivery of digital marketing implementation.
All PowerUp Packs include a clear outline of the service to be provided. It is the responsibility of the client to assess the suitability of the service and make an informed decision on whether the PowerUp Pack will meet their specific needs.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to withhold payment and the client will relinquish any rights to a refund or rescheduled appointment.
All bookings for PowerUp Packs or any other appointment with EmpowerUp Marketing have the following stipulation, that the appointment must occur within 6 months of purchase.
